Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website, and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.
You can pay by credit card, debit card or Paypal. Please note we do not accept American Express.
If you prefer to order by telephone just call us on 01788 573257 or 535828 and we will process your order.
Currently we are only able to calculate shipping to UK destinations automatically.
Shipping within UK and Northern Ireland is free (except motorcycles)
We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of your order being received by us. For mainland UK deliveries, you will normally receive your order within 48 hours from dispatch, but please allow 3 full working days.
If for any reason your item is not in stock, we will contact you and give you the option to either cancel your order and refund your payment, or if preferred, you may wait until the item is available.
V.A.T. (Value Added Tax) is charged for orders made from the UK or the European Union at the rate of 20%. This does not apply to helmets as they are zero rated for V.A.T.
All credit card details are encrypted when your order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our head office. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returning An Item:
Any item being returned, other than faulty goods, must be notified within 14 days and returned within 30 days. Please check with us before returning any items. We do not charge postage back to you if you want to change for a different size or colour.
Return postage for non-faulty items is the responsibility of the customer.

Missing/Incorrect Item received: Please contact us on 01788 535828 / 573257 within 3 days of receiving the order.
Damaged Item: Please contact us on 01788 535828 / 573257 within 24 hours of receiving the order.
When returning items ensure all items are adequately packaged in the original packaging. The company takes no responsibility for any damage to items that are not packaged adequately and damaged in transit.
Please ensure that you enclose:
- Your returns number or Order Number.
- Written details of why you are returning the item.
- When parcels are delivered inspect them immediately for damage and if they are damaged do not accept delivery of the item.
